continued nightmare - mail carriers that are not familiar or trained properly to do routes are clueless. Once again (not the first second or third), mailman new to route placed mail on front porch in the rain. I politiely took mine and advised him that mailboxes were in the back of townhomes. His response "well no one told me." and then continued to place on wet porches in rain. I phone Stephanie, who is supposedly the supervisor. Her response was that he just called and asked where mail goes. I advised her that I told him where mail goes and how he continued to place in rain. Then she asked me what street I lived on - so how would she know which carrier i was talking about. Not to mention, while speaking to her, she sounded like she hadn't slept in weeks.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is so unprofessional, it is disgusting. I live in Camden, so I expect some bad service. But these people really dont care about any customer. Whoever works Saturdays here and answers the phones is the most ignorant person probably working there. And if it says open until 5:30, its OK to do your job until the time your done being paid. I believe that if you want to go home and not do your job, than you shouldn't work there.
This people will wait to deliver as later as possible even tho the package is sitting there for weeks.
Important package 2 days late. They were glasses and im going to work not being able to see.
No return calls from Postmaster. We have private businesses put items in our mailbox and this is a USPS issue, and not even a return call. Horrible service.
